On May 11th and 12th 2011 our Agent Meeting took place. It was a very interesting and efficient Meeting on a high level. The two days have been used for a constructive exchange of information about the latest developments, Sales and Marketing trends, country- and customer specific know how as well as about new strategies. The feedback from the agents was throughout very positive and a common way was elaborated for a positive future for Micronel and their agents. Dear valued customerUp to now there are no changes regarding the delivery situation for our products. According to the statement of our suppliers and sub suppliers none of them is affected and therefore they are not facing any delivery problems.However we would like to ask you, to contact us on an early basis in case of an order with a large quantity, so that we can take every eventuality into consideration.We would like to thank for your kind understanding and we do hope with you all together that the situation in Japan will improve in the very near future.

Dear valued customerIn the past view days we received several inquiries if it could be possible that a potential supply bottleneck could appear due to the actual situation in Japan. From the todays point of view, we can say that this will not happen. Up to now our suppliers are not concerned from the tragic catastrophy. We monitor and analyze the situation on a daily basis and furthermore we are in close contact with our suppliers. In case of any changement of the situation, we will contact you immediately and will also inform you about a may be possible necessary delivery adjustment.
